1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cheapify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Terms

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

Any content you submit to the App, including but not limited to reviews, comments, and suggestions, may be used by Cheapify for any purpose. You retain ownership of your content but grant Cheapify a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, and display such content.

5. Pricing and Payments

Premium features of the App require payment. All prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with the platform's (App Store/Google Play) refund policies.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. Cheapify does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cheapify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

Cheapify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
